Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing or by electronic mail at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date.

Cancellations made 14 days or more of the scheduled course date will be assessed a $75 administrative fee per person. Course reservations are transferable to future dates, within in the same calendar year, after the above fees are assessed.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled course will receive no refund and are non-transferable.

No course will be canceled due to inclement weather as we ride rain or shine.

Facility, Minimum Age and Animal Policy
For all of our courses, except a Private Training Day, students must be a minimum of 8 years old to attend all of our courses.  This age has been determined from our experience working with students since 2003 and their ability to properly comprehend the use of the rear brake and the curriculum. We will accept the minimum age of 7 years old only in a Private Training Day.

We ask that you respect our policy to not bring your animals to our facility for both their safety and our students.

We also do not allow photo/video cameras or voice recorders to be used on site nor spectators who are not direct relations of the student attending. Following the course, we will send you a link for all of the school photos and videos.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gift Certificates and Class Credit Policy 

Gift certificates are non-returnable or refundable.  We kindly request that they are used within one year of issuance. 

Class credit is nontransferable nor non-returnable and must be used within one year of issuance.
